Sgt Mason has been listed as the Nav (above) because on the battle order ORB pages he is so listed. However on the transfer in page he is listed as the A/B. Whereas Kirton, listed as the A/B on battle order pages is listed as the Nav on transfer in record. It is therefore not currently possible to conclude which way round is correct!
As far as can be determined the crew flew two ops with 550 Sqdn before being posted from 550 Sqdn to No. 166 Sqdn w.e.f. 7.10.44.
