550 Squadron

S/Ldr B Bell and Crew

S/Ldr B Bell and crew were posted to 550 Sqdn from 100 Sqdn w.e.f. 25/11/43.

• W/O A Selman (Nav)
• F/O R C Rice (A/B)
• Sgt B G Davies (W/Op)
• Sgt C Gregory (MU/AG)
• Sgt W J Brown (R/AG)

However S/Ldr B Bell soon transferred out of 550 Sqdn, returning later as W/Cmdr B Bell the Squadron Commanding Officer. The crew however remained and flew many of their ops with a new pilot, F/Lt G A Davison. See also the F/Lt Davison crew web-page.

The Davison crew, as it then was, were posted to 576 Sqdn w.e.f. 1/2/44.
