Tuesday 15 September 2015 at St Paul's Cathedral

This year sees the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and the Royal Air Forces Association is leading the Nation’s thanks
to the brave men and women involved. It is an opportunity to ensure that it is not just the battle that is remembered, but the
sacrifices made by so many at that time.

To honour those involved we will be holding a commemorative service at St Paul’s Cathedral in London on Tuesday 15th September 2015
and are looking for help with our engagement and fundraising activities around London on that day. We also have a limited
number of tickets available for the Service at 11am which are available on a first come, first served basis.
These can be applied for at:

	https://www.rafa.org.uk/battleofbritain.

If you are able to assist with fundraising please contact wings@rafa.org.uk and we will forward further details.

There is a cut-off date of 20th August for applications or the service and 10th September for those wishing to help fundraising.
The RAF Association is the charity that supports the RAF family. We support anyone who has served or currently serves in the
RAF and their dependants. In a typical year we make over 100,000 welfare calls, contacts and visits, much of which is
delivered by volunteers. From supporting the family of an injured airman, to helping with war pension claims or just being
a friend to a lonely veteran, we will do what we can when someone in the RAF family needs somebody to turn to.
