There will be a formal seating plan for the Saturday evening dinner in order to get a quite large number of people all seated at one time together.
There will be no formal seating plan for the Friday evening dinner.

Friday 1st July

17:00 onwards arrive Ashbourne Hotel, North Killingholme
20:00 Informal Dinner (no seating plan).

Saturday 2nd July
08:00-09:00 Breakfast

Flypast Confirmed (Spitfire): the timing is also confirmed (subject to flying conditions on the day).

Event schedule: depends on the time of flypast. The outline schedule is now published; the day will include:
- A buffet lunch in the Amethyst Hotel, East Halton
- Service in St. Denys' Church
- Laying of the wreaths at the Memorial Stone
- BBMF Flypast
- Afternoon tea in the Village Hall

19:30 Formal Dinner in the Ashbourne Hotel.

Sunday 3rd July
The Airfield Tour is scheduled for Sunday morning. Assemble outside Reception at the Ashbourne at 11.00am.

Monday 4th July
Visit to the International Bomber Command Centre, Lincoln. (Canwick Hill, Lincoln, LN4 2RF)
Our tour of the International Bomber Command Centre Memorial Spire and Walls begins at 11.15am and will last approximately 1.5 hours.
